We will happily exchange a product if it is the wrong size and returned in the same condition in which it is advertised (not used, any tags still attached, and with no marks or stains and unwashed). Once we receive your item we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. Any products that are damaged on arrival can be returned and either be replaced by the same or similar product of the same value, if for some reason this is not possible the cost of the product will be refunded once returned. Please ensure that a copy of the invoice/receipt is sent with product along with completed Return Form. If you paid for shipping when product was originally ordered, please note you will not be credited with the cost of return shipping. Zerya is not responsible for cost of return shipping and strongly advises all returns are tracked to ensure that they are received.
